Shipping policy

We ship exclusively with DHL. All orders are discreetly and carefully packaged.

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €5.90, regardless of the number or weight of items ordered.

We currently deliver exclusively to countries within Europe. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are displayed at checkout. You can find a complete overview of all shipping costs on our Shipping information page.

Shipping to the USA and other countries outside Europe is possible via a forwarding service. You can find further information on our Shipping to other continents page.

Delivery to DHL Packstations and post offices is possible. Please enter your Postnummer when placing your order, as we cannot create a shipping label without it.

For deliveries within the European Union, our sales prices include the statutory VAT rate applicable in the destination country in accordance with the OSS procedure.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, German VAT is automatically deducted before the order is completed. Any import VAT or service fees charged by the parcel service are payable by the recipient. You can find further information on our Shipping information page.

To the best of our current knowledge, no customs duties are levied on our products in any of the countries we deliver to. Import VAT may, however, be payable.
