Very good medical device
I (male, 72 years old) have the problem of “dribbling” after urination. I found Theros’s homepage online and asked about using the Viball spheres. I received a quick, explanatory reply. I decided to buy a 36 mm Viball sphere. Shipping was fast and discreet. The Viball sphere, the packaging and storage pouch, as well as the protective sleeves, are high-quality. The first use was with a protective sleeve. Before insertion, I did some stretching exercises with lubricant. After a few tries, I was able to insert the Viball sphere with the right amount of lubricant. Removal went smoothly according to the instructions. Since the second use, I’ve been using the Viball sphere without the sleeve. Thanks to its smooth surface, it glides easily into the anus with lubricant. It feels wonderful when the sphere moves, and the clicking sound is barely audible. Removal is easy too. I use the Viball sphere almost daily for at least an hour and have worn it for over four hours at a time. I don’t want to be without it anymore. The “night dribbling” and nighttime toilet trips have decreased. I can recommend this excellent medical device to anyone who wants to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles.
Small but effective ball—I feel the vibrations and a certain well-being when walking or doing sports. The trickiest part is getting used to inserting it gently. The size seems important for maximum effect, so we’ll see.
The GAOP appointment is still pending, but the date is set… Considering the functional design and workmanship, I basically can’t imagine anything better.
I’m male, 58 years old. Six months ago I was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate, and since “dribbling” after urination happened more often, I searched online. That’s when I found the THEROS VIBALL and realized men also have a pelvic floor :-) I’ve been using the VIBALL 55 about 3–5 days a week for around 8 hours per session over the past 3 months. Yesterday I saw the doctor again and he said my prostate feels normal now. The dribbling has clearly decreased. I’m absolutely satisfied with the result. At first I worried about inserting a sphere without a retrieval loop into the anus, but it worked great from the start. Thumbs up for the VIBALL :-)
I ordered the Viball for pelvic floor training. I have severe pain when trying to insert the Viball because it’s unfortunately too big, and I can’t exchange it. I don’t know if 36 mm would work, but I don’t want to spend that much money again without knowing it will fit. Otherwise, smooth process and fast delivery.
Very good. Beautiful balls and effective… Very good quality and presentation. They make you want to move… great solo, extra fun as a duo… I highly recommend it, thank you very much!
Made of sturdy glass, feels soft. The drainage hole in the middle is a crucial addition compared to others I’ve seen. I bought it with one segment and it’s comfy enough to sleep with. I’ll buy other sizes in the future and recommend them.
While specifically searching for pelvic floor exercises, I came across your site. The many positive reviews convinced me to buy the smallest ball. I’m so surprised how differently I perceive my body, even though I’ve always had good body awareness. The exercises are great; at first it wasn’t easy, but now a “routine” has formed after two weeks. I haven’t completed all exercises (like c, d) yet—I focused on correct execution. Maybe I missed something… How often should one practice per week? So far I practice daily. Insertion and removal go smoothly; I also hear the “click.” Thank you for this wonderful help—it’s fun, too!
I researched pelvic floor training online because my gynecologist recommended it. Since dry exercises aren’t that fun, I decided to order these love balls. I wasn’t sure about the size—they need to hold without you actively holding them, but I also didn’t want them too big. I ordered the 40 mm double pack (thought my partner might enjoy it too). And guess what—it holds, even though I’ve had three births and am approaching fifty. I’m very happy I found the perfect size: a slight stretch at the entrance and it stays inside. I can wear it without tension and use my muscles to remove it. Plus, its surface is very hygienic :-)
As a survivor of sexual abuse, I had severe tension in my genital area and faced incontinence. After a long search, I found these dilators and the Viball. For me, they’re the best thing out there! They arrived carefully packaged, each dilator in its own velvet pouch—very practical. The dilators feel great, smooth and hygienic. They fit well in the hand and are easy to control. As an abuse survivor, it’s important I control the pressure, insertion depth, and movement. Being able to warm the dilators is also soothing and healing. I started with the size that fit me (see comment below). Using the included lubricant, it worked very well, and I could stretch further until I could insert the Viball 36. Despite its small size, insertion stretching is still an issue for me—any pain in the genital area is unbearable—so I pre-stretch with the dilators. I mostly use the Viball with protective sleeves, which makes removal easier, or I stretch again before removal. This is more relaxing because there’s no stretching pain. I’m very grateful for this new healing experience—and amazed how quickly my incontinence issues have become a thing of the past! I’ve gained new freedom! Answer: After receiving a set, don’t start with the smallest dilator—start with the largest and go down until one size inserts easily. That way you find your exact entry size and can exchange the smaller, unnecessary dilators.
