I am pleasantly surprised. The product definitely meets my expectations. The ball is comfortable to wear and can barely be heard. After all, I don't do somersaults or anything like that all the time. However, you should approach the matter very relaxed and not panic. The ball really finds its way out all by itself. Simply put: just stay relaxed. I still need to test the long-term effect. All in all, a good decision.

Pelvic floor exercises with the Viball are really fun and open up a whole new body awareness. The noise is barely perceptible from the outside (according to my partner), but the vibration is nicely felt. Pleasant side effect: G-spot stimulating! I'm excited to see how it goes.

The first application was done with an applicator sleeve. Before insertion, I did some stretching exercises with lubricant. After a few attempts, I was able to insert the Viball ball with the appropriate lubricant. The removal was easy and without problems according to the instructions. Since the second application, I have been using the Viball ball without an applicator sleeve. Thanks to the smooth surface, the Viball ball slides easily into the anus with lubricant. A wonderful feeling through the movement of the ball. The clicking is barely audible. The removal of the ball is also trouble-free. I use the Viball ball almost daily for at least an hour. I have also worn it for a period of more than four hours. I wouldn't want to be without the Viball ball anymore. The "dribbling" and the nightly "going to the toilet" have decreased.
I can highly recommend this excellent medical device to anyone who wants to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles.

Small, effective ball; while walking or doing sports, I feel the vibrations and a certain sense of well-being. The most sensitive part is getting used to inserting it gently. The size seems important to get the maximum effect, we'll see.

I am m/58 years old. I ordered the Viball for pelvic floor training. I experience very severe pain when I try to insert the Viball because it is unfortunately too big, and an exchange is not possible. I don't know if it would work with 36mm, but I don't want to spend that much money again without knowing that it will work. Otherwise, a smooth process and fast delivery.

made of sturdy glass, feels soft to the touch. The drainage hole in the middle is an essential addition compared to others I've seen. I bought the one with one segment and it is comfortable enough to sleep with. I will buy other sizes in the future and can recommend it.

The dilators are so pleasant to use. A very nice and warm feeling. The very smooth surface allows them to slide in and out without any problems.
