    Bin begeistert von den Viballs.
    Zur Lautstärke kann ich nur sagen, dass mich bisher aus meiner Umgebung noch niemand komisch angeschaut hat. Ich besitze mehrere Kugeln im Durchmesser zwischen 40-60 mm und kann nur sagen, dass ich alle wirklich gerne verwende.

    Anwendung im höheren Alter

    Im Internet bin ich auf Viball gestossen. Einige interessante Berichte haben mich überzeugt den Versuch mit Theros Viball zu wagen.
    Ich wende Kugeln bis Durchmesser 45 an. Das Resultat ist erstaunlich.
    Die nächtlichen Gänge aufs WC sind Vergangenheit.

    Bessere Körperwahrnehmung

    Ich (47m) habe eine 45mm "Viball" und einen "Theros Massive Ball" erworben und kann mit ihnen endlich meine Beckenmitte deutlich besser spüren. Ein Effekt, der auch nachher (ohne Viball/Massive Ball), nachwirkt. Beeindruckend!

    Even wennen, maar voldoet deels

    De Viball doet bij mij zijn werk. De nachtelijke aandrang is verdwenen. Het heeft voor mij vooral overdag een voordeel dat de aandrang voor ontlasting veel minder is. Anders drie tot viermaal per dag en nu maar een keer 's morgens vroeg. Op sexueel gebied kan ik geen veranderingen merken helaas.
