Shipping Costs

We ship with DHL. Regardless of quantity or weight, we charge a flat shipping fee of
€5.90 within Germany (excluding islands).

We only deliver to nearly all countries within Europe. You can find the shipping rates for all countries we ship to directly below.

Shipping to theUSA and other countries outside Europe is possible via a forwarding service. You can find more information here..

Delivery to Pickup Points

For deliveries to pickup points, parcel shops, lockers or Click & Collect services, it is absolutely essential that each part of the address is placed in the correct field of the address form. Otherwise, the parcel cannot be delivered and will be returned at high cost.

The structure of the address form (first name, last name, company, address, apartment/suite, postal code, city) is standard across all countries and shipping services, but the specific content varies depending on the type of pickup service.

Value-Added Tax (VAT) for International Orders

for EU Countries:
Our sales prices include the applicable VAT of the destination country according to the OSS (One-Stop Shop) procedure and are final prices for purchases from all EU countries.

for Third Countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland and others):
For orders from third countries such as the UK or Switzerland, German VAT is automatically deducted during checkout once the delivery address and country are entered. However, import VAT according to the local tax law must be paid upon delivery. The amount is calculated by customs based on the invoice and customs documents attached to the outside of the parcel. The parcel is not opened. Payment is made directly to the delivery service which then forwards it to customs. The delivery person does not know the contents of the parcel – the process is completely discreet. For this procedure the delivery service charge an additional handling fee of approximately 10 to 15 € in the local currency (e.g. GBP, CHF).
