Shipping costs

We ship our parcels by DHL at fixed prices for shipping, independent how much you buy, of weight and sum of puchase:

• Germany and France: 5,90 €
• EU-countries: 14,90 €
• Other countries: 19,90 €

Delivery to a post office or parcel station etc:

If you do not want to receive your shipment at your home adress, but in a post office (or in a parcel station of a shipping company in your country), enter this in the delivery address as follows:

1. Enter your first and last name
2. In the column „adress“ enter the definition (such as: Post office / (DHL) Parcelstation / (DPD) Pickup-point etc.)…
3. …and the number of the desired post office / parcel station.
4. In the column "apartment, room, etc." enter your personal customer number of the post office / parcel station use. You can find this on your customer card or in your customer account.
5. Now just enter the zip code and the town of the desired post office / parcel station.
