Arrived quickly, very stylishly packaged, and made of a comfortable material. It came with instructions for pelvic floor exercises, which I've done once before. Easy to apply.
Otherwise, I can't write much yet, as I've only used it once.

Does what it's supposed to - hats off

I'm 58 years old. Six months ago, I was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate, and the fact that the "dribbling" after urination was occurring more and more frequently after I urinated led me to search for information at the boarding school. That's when I found the THEROS VIBALL and realized that we men also have a pelvic floor :-) I've now been using the VIBALL 55 for about three months, about 3-5 days a week, for about eight hours per use. Yesterday, I went back to the doctor, and he told me that my prostate feels normal again. The "dribbling" has also decreased significantly. I'm absolutely satisfied with the results. At first, I was concerned about inserting a ball WITHOUT a retrieval option into my anus, but it worked very well right from the start. Definitely a thumbs up for the VIBALL :-)
