Help with impotence after heart attack and prostate enlargement

Question from Manfred W.: Dear team, I would like to ask whether, in your opinion, the use of anally placed stimulators could be helpful in my case.

Why? I have unfortunately been impotent since 2009. The trigger was probably CHD (coronary heart disease), more specifically a heart attack followed by sextuple bypass surgery in 2009. In addition, I have been diagnosed with BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) since 2011 and have been treated with Tamsulosin and Finasteride.
Due to poor blood circulation, my penis has lost around 4 cm in length. The resulting condition of complete ED (erectile dysfunction) is emotionally painful and is putting a strain on my relationship with my wife. That’s why I’m asking whether a product for prostate stimulation could have at least some positive effect.
Thank you for any helpful advice.

Answer: Thank you very much for your question and your trust.
Your situation is very complex – and we are not medical doctors! We can “only” offer insights based on experience, logic, and common sense. You can definitely support your BPH with our products. Anything that stimulates and enhances blood circulation is beneficial. In any case, your penis should be massaged – whether by yourself or by someone else – regardless of an erection. Massage significantly improves circulation. Prostate massage using FMS dilators (or manually) is also highly recommended. We suggest doing this 2–3 times a week for 10–15 minutes. Additionally, wearing a Viball® can stimulate your prostate in everyday life.
You haven’t mentioned your living circumstances, age, or current stress level. Internally, you might be under a lot of tension. Men suffering from ED often feel less potent in other areas of life, too. I recommend a conscious, loving approach to your pelvic area. Again and again, we see that body, mind, and soul are deeply connected.
