Question from Boris S.: I have a question about the information in the Viball FAQ regarding premature ejaculation. I don’t quite understand why it only seems to work from size 45 mm upwards. And what exactly is meant by the individual impulses? Could you please explain that a bit more?
Answer: All Viball sizes create impulses through vibrations that continuously stimulate the prostate and pelvic floor muscles during everyday use. Naturally, the vibrations in the smaller balls are physically weaker and can only occasionally be consciously felt – depending on the intensity of movement.
It’s this continuous stimulation that creates the effect, similar to how a pacemaker works: you don’t feel it, but it still has an effect.
During typical back-and-forth movements in intercourse, Viball creates stimulation not only through its weight and volume in the rectum, but also through a kind of tapping on the prostate – caused by the inner ball hitting the outer shell. How clearly this is felt depends on the size of the ball and the intensity of movement.
For delaying premature ejaculation (ejaculatio praecox), clearly perceptible impulses are essential – so that you can use them as a focus for concentration techniques, such as counting, which help redirect attention. This usually becomes possible from size 45 mm upwards – though it also depends on your individual sensitivity and the way you move.
Unfortunately, this particular “side effect” is only suitable for men who are physically able to accommodate these sizes. And of course, how effective the method is also depends heavily on the individual nature of the issue.
