Pelvic floor exercises with Viball are genuinely fun and open up a whole new body awareness. The sound is barely audible from the outside (according to my partner), but the vibration is nicely noticeable. A pleasant side effect: G‑spot stimulating! I’m curious to see how it continues.

Thanks to the smooth surface, the Viball ball slides into the anus easily with lubricant. A wonderful feeling from the ball’s movement. The clicking is hardly audible. Removal is also easy. I use the Viball ball almost daily for at least an hour. I have also worn it for more than four hours. I wouldn’t want to be without it. The “dribbling” and the nightly trips to the toilet have decreased.
I can highly recommend this excellent medical device to anyone who wants to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles.

A larger Viball is more intense locally due to the higher efficiency, but the slightly gentler yet broader stimulation from a pair of Viball also has advantages — especially as positioning towards the prostate is more direct with a pair than with a single ball. Combinations are of course possible.
