(The statutory provisions of the Product Liability Act are not restricted by the following declarations)
We provide the end user with a guarantee for our products for a period of 24 months in the event that our product should be defective, in accordance with the following provisions:
§ 1 Scope of guarantee
(1) The guarantee relates to the product itself, not to the packaging or inserts for initial use. It is limited to the product itself and does not cover damage to property and/or persons. (2) The guarantee is provided in the form that the complete product or individual parts thereof are replaced or repaired at our discretion.
§ 2 Warranty period and processing
(1) The guarantee begins on the day of delivery of the item to the customer. The warranty is only valid if our product has been used as intended and has not been handled improperly, in particular if the relevant instructions for use have been observed. The guarantee shall also not apply if the product shows mechanical damage of any kind.
(2) If defects become apparent within the warranty period, the warranty claims must be asserted immediately, but at the latest within a period of fourteen days from the occurrence of the defect. The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
§ 3 Notification of the warranty claim / shipping costs
(1) A warranty claim must be agreed with us by email or telephone (see imprint for address details) before the product in question is sent in and we must confirm the sending in of a product. In the event of a justified warranty claim, the customer will receive a freeway sticker for the return and the new goods will be sent free of charge. We will not reimburse any costs incurred by the customer due to unsolicited shipping.
