By "holistic therapy" I mean a holistic view and approach. My approach is to accept my counterpart in a therapeutic context in an open and non-judgmental way, to perceive him/her in all his/her facets. By observing body language, I gain information about the state of my counterpart, such as existing tensions that he/she may not even be aware of. We can also influence the emotional and mental level through the body. A strong example would be the hip flexor, in which fear is stored. Certain stretching exercises can be used to influence this feeling and work on it. Everything is connected to everything. In addition to conducting a conversation, my methods also include body, perception and breathing exercises. I often suggest "homework" because, especially with relationship problems, behavior modification is also important. Overall, I am a supporter of direct, open communication. Of course, my clients can rely on my absolute discretion.
