Dealing with the pain of separation: Woman holding a paper heart in her hand

Please note: the therapy sessions are conducted exclusively in German

I have experienced for myself what it is like to fall into a seemingly bottomless black hole after a separation, to lose all hope and all courage to live: Life seems meaningless, coping with everyday life becomes torture, the future seems hopeless.

This paralyzing pain of separation can not only arise from the failure of a relationship, but also after a death, the perceived inability to continue living without the person you trust can far exceed the normal feeling of grief at having to say goodbye.

The same applies to sudden distance from a loved one due to professional circumstances, illness, imprisonment, etc.

But there is also pain of separation, anger, sadness when you have to let go of fundamental things from your previous life, for example due to health problems, the consequences of an accident or drastically changed living circumstances.

Even if the following sentence seems absolutely incomprehensible to you given your situation, it is nevertheless an unshakable wisdom since time immemorial:

You have a great opportunity right now to completely reinvent yourself.

Let me show you why this is so and how you can also come to this conviction. Because in this way you turn the source of your unhappiness into a source of strength: for your transformation into a new you, a new perception of life and for your new happiness.

I have completed various training courses , all of which together enable me to look at your problem from different angles and shed much more light on what seems to be a hopeless darkness. I call this approach holistic therapy, a concept that takes the soul, psyche and body into account and uses various therapeutic approaches instead of just treating the psyche with a single therapeutic approach.

My rich life experience allows me to always approach you with heart and empathy as a human being at eye level rather than from a higher level as a therapist.

I look forward to helping you too.
