In my personal form of therapy, holistic coaching , I provide support and therapy for couple problems, in the areas of sexuality, separation, menopause and other personal problems. The therapy sessions take place online and in German. A preliminary meeting to get to know each other is free of charge.
After purchasing a variant (see details below), you can book appointments yourself in the calendar that opens. The possible time slots are displayed in the calendar.

Clicking "Book an appointment" opens a calendar. This displays the available dates for the selected therapy option. Available appointments are marked in white. You can reserve an appointment here.
Please note: Introductory appointments are exclusively online . For therapy appointments, you have the choice of in-person or digital. In-person appointments in Osnabrück are only available on Monday and Wednesday afternoons!
Reserving a three-session subscription is only possible if you have logged in or registered as a client. After that, you only book the first appointment. For the other two appointments, you will automatically receive a link via email that you can use to schedule the subsequent appointments after the first therapy session. This system is more flexible than scheduling all three appointments in advance.
Payment is only made in the next step, after which the (first) appointment is booked for you. You can cancel the appointment up to 24 hours before the start time and receive a full refund. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or problems.
For me, holistic therapy means perceiving my client in all their facets: emotions, soul, mind, and body. Because everything is interconnected. Therefore, I use methods from all these areas. I try to make both the issue and the solutions tangible.
