My Journey

My interest lies in people — regardless of what they present on the outside. I want to look deeper and understand: How does a person function, on all levels — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual? For me, health means that all these aspects are in balance — not necessarily at every moment, but overall. What has shaped someone into who they are today? Where do they long to go? What is their desire — and how can they get there?

And since every beginning holds its own kind of magic, my first profession was that of a midwife. Birth (and pregnancy) is formative... Being a midwife requires knowledge and skill, empathy, a connection to the unseen, and an understanding of systems and dynamics — especially in home birth support. At the same time, childbirth options are heavily regulated. Again and again, the question was: How can I help a mother-to-be find out what she wants — and implement it? This task taught me that we always have a choice — and with that, always carry responsibility.

Along the way, I went through therapy myself, both from personal interest and due to my own life experiences. I continued to educate myself in many directions, gradually shifting my focus toward psychotherapeutic tools.

Today, I see myself as a midwife for personal development. From experience, I know how much change and growth is possible through persistence and the courage to face one’s inner parts and life story.

My own biography is a major resource in this work: life as a single mother of twins, wife, grandmother — also in a patchwork family constellation. Life provides everything.

In addition, my husband and I founded a company. We design, manufacture and distribute medical products for more health and joy in the pelvic area — our foundation.

My motto is: lifelong movement — this means learning, changing, staying curious and open. And: joy!

Self-discovery and Spirituality

My spiritual attitude is the foundation of my life. It also shapes how I approach challenges. I believe it's essential to look beyond the physical and psychological dimensions of my clients and offer support on all levels. Body, soul, and spirit are in constant interaction with everything and everyone around us. This is no longer considered “esoteric thinking” — it’s now scientifically confirmed, at the latest through quantum physics. Our thoughts shape our reality. Taking personal responsibility for one's life is key.

For over 40 years, I’ve practiced yoga and meditation. For over 30 years, I’ve been deeply engaged in self-awareness, inner growth, Tantra, sexual equality, breathwork, and more. Key milestones were the Quadrinity Process and a 4-week stay at the Dahlke Healing Center, where I explored and transformed behavioral patterns and archetypes within myself.

For the past 15 years, I’ve shared a lively partnership with my husband, Theo Pötter. In 2014, we founded our company Theros®, where we develop and produce therapeutic tools designed by ourselves.
