Viball®: Kegel balls for women and men (medical device)

I (m56) was skeptical at first, wondering if I had overestimated myself, but with calm and relaxation, inserting and removing the ball is no problem. Very pleasant and stimulating to wear. Concerns that the ball will disappear in the body are actually unfounded. I'm curious to see how it will work in the long term. I also have to praise the extremely friendly customer service. I ordered the product solely as a medical product/pelvic floor training. Since I go for a long walk once a day, this training can be easily integrated into my everyday life and I have to say that I saw the first results after just a short time. Very comfortable and uncomplicated. I cannot confirm that the ball makes a loud noise when walking. I am very happy with it!
